The poster has been created by the regional plant protection service of North Rhine-Westphalia (department forest and wood) to inform companies that import any goods with wood packaging material. It contains information about regulations, requirements and the phytosanitary risk. It is meant to raise awareness on the risks of non-compliant wood packaging and motivates persons involved in such trade to identify and notify non-comliances. It is placed in premises of companies e.g. in warehouses.
