This leaflet promotes the ObsIdentify mobile application and the Beware&Note webpage on Observations.be, which are part of a citizen-based notification system for plant pests in Belgium.
The system aims to support the early detection and reporting of quarantine pests by encouraging the public to submit observations (including photos and location data). All reports, whether submitted via the mobile application or the web platform, are verified by experts and, when relevant, forwarded to the competent authorities for further action.
